Technical Leadership
Interim technical leadership connects architecture, product goals and delivery. I take responsibility for technical priorities, architecture decisions and hands-on leadership within the team – as a Tech Lead or Technical Product Owner.
What this means in practice
As a Technical Product Owner or Tech Lead, I translate business goals and functional requirements into technical decisions the team can implement.

Align the backlog, refinements and sprint planning so business value, technical feasibility and dependencies can be prioritized transparently.

Architecture decisions
Develop options and trade-offs for the stack, system and API design, agree them with stakeholders and document the decision clearly.

Mentoring & knowledge transfer
Establish technical standards within the team through code reviews, pairing and focused knowledge transfer.
How I work
I lead from within the development process through hands-on work in the codebase, reviews and close collaboration in the team's regular meetings.
At the same time, I keep architecture, technical debt, dependencies and the team's ability to deliver in view and turn open issues into clear priorities.
When the engagement ends, decisions, standards and knowledge remain within the team so the work can continue without creating permanent dependency.
