Context

Development of a white-label calculator for electricity and gas tariffs at yay! digital GmbH, a digital agency focused on e-commerce and SaaS solutions. The calculator was designed as a reusable product that different energy providers could use under their own brands.

Challenge

Energy providers need interactive tariff calculators that give consumers a straightforward way to compare electricity and gas plans and sign up online. One calculator needed to be flexible enough to accommodate different brands, tariff structures, and regional requirements without creating a separate solution for every client.

Implementation

The tariff calculator was developed as a Vue.js single-page application that could be configured for different energy providers. Its white-label design allowed branding, tariff logic, and content to be configured for each tenant.
